Chest Freezer Fermenting: 2each 6.5gal Carboy Size

I know...this is definitely beating a dead horse. But, what minimum size (cu.ft) chest freezer do I need to fit two 6.5gallon carboys in? I want to build one of these but I do not want to get one that is overly large and consumes too much energy.

On a side note, has anyone measured the kw-h of there chest fermenter with a KillAWatt?
 
Isn't everything energy star these days. I mean, the Governement would label anything as efiicient if it really wasn't. That'd be capitalistic and criminal!

10 cubic foot at least. But you'll be happier with (2) 5 cubic foot freezers.
