So, I am still not a fan of a lot of IPAs but my brother-in-law is. I want to brew him an IPA but I am not sure where to start.
Do you have any good clone recipes or tried-and-trues that I should look into?
Also, I did consider using this as a time where I could possibly brew smaller batches and try different hops to start getting an idea of the different flavor profiles. Thoughts?
