I wasn't actually going to take his turn. I'll guess quad

American Wild Ale

Btw, hello neighbor. Did you ever get those hops? They smelled so dank the guy at the post office was looking at me strangely as he put it through

There it is! It's a supplication. Hey bottlebomber, yeah those hops smelled amazing! My roommate was asking me about it too haha

You can't get much easier. It's just
10 lbs German Pilsner
2 ounces saaz 60 minutes
1 ounce saaz 15 minutes
Wyeast 2001

Oh yeah, and a decoction mash. Im surprised the beer was as light as it was, I was expecting the decoction to add a lot of color but it just added a lot of flavor, and got me an 80% efficiency

Oh wow... didn't realize I actually won, sorry.

It's a weird one so I'll start with a clue.

It's commercial and has two interesting ingredients, one is kinda common whereas the other one is a bit outlandish.

Nope. Not the right kind of outlandish. This beer is more of a normal style with crazy stuff in it.

Fiiiiine :D I knew I shouldn't have done this one.... It's too weird.

Base style is incredibly simple. One special ingredient is kind of odd to see in beer and comes from a delicious animal. Other special ingredient comes from the national symbol of an English speaking (mostly) country.

I've been wanting to try it just for the bottle just haven't gotten around to it.

Anywho, here is the next picture. The glass isn't important to this beer so don't pay attention to it. You have to name the style and the two uncommon adjunct that are in this beer or as close as you can to the adjunct. You have to think a little out of the box for adjuncts, this was an awesome brew and its commercial (one time as i know it) not home brew. Ill give clues when people want one. Here we go!
