I bottled today using the typical 5 oz of priming sugar. I failed to notice that what I had in the bottling bucket was a bit over 4 gallons (instead of 5). Is there a serious risk of bottle bombs because of this? I have never had problems before but I am usually much closer to 5 gallons of beer.
Should I fear bottle bombs?
