First Partial Mash Build...is this ok?

This is my first shot at creating a partial mash IPA in beersmith...am I on the right track?

Seems a bit heavy on the caramels, to me. Keep in mind that the extract will bring a bit of sweetness from its inherent non-fermentables too; I'd drop the aromatic and pick one of the two caramels to keep (probably the 60L, for myself). You could up the one you keep to ~1lb, if you're really worried about balance.

Hops look reasonable, and a solid yeast choice.
 
Thanks...although the numbers all fit the style in beersmith I just need a commonsense check to ensure it sounds right
 
It's too much crystal malt for an IPA. You've got over 12% crystal malt- cut that in half (make it up with more base malt) and it'll be really good!

I'd change the hopping a bit. I'd use the 27 minute hops either at 60 minutes (if you need more bittering) or move it to 15 minutes (for flavor and aroma). Where it is means you'd get some bittering, but not all that it can provide, and no flavor.
 
Followed all of your advice, cut the crystal and aromatic in half and moved the 27 minutes to 15. Hopin it turns out good. I need a good confidence booster to pursue partial mash haha
