If you have a keggle and also have the built in dial thermometer how do you use your immersion chiller if the thermometer stem is sticking out into the keggle. We have been wanting to install one our keggle but this is our only concern and thoughts would be great!
Qestion for those with keggles!?

No issue, just make sure the thermoteter probe is one of the shorter ones.

I have a keggle that I use for BIAB. I took the thermometer probe out altogether and replaced it with a plug. Those thermowells cause all sorts of problems.
