This beer is going to be GOOOOOOD. I'll post the recipe in the db in a few. AFter discussions with Evan, I think the recipe was a pretty fair attempt. The sample tasted great. A little hot alcohol wise, but maybe tha twill chill or maybe I just have heartburn after so much beer last night. I couldn't put this one in the keg since it needs to be cellared for a while.

All done, 5.25 gallons of Rochefort 10 for an incredible price of 30ish bucks :D
