.5 oz Northdown whole/plug (dryhop 2 weeks)

1 whirlfloc tab (15 min)
1 tsp gypsum (.5 tsp mash, .5 tsp sparge)
*disolved in 1 pint boiling h20 add to boil last 15 min

mash: 150F (60 min)

Notes: Substitute Northdown for any low aa English hop (fuggle, east kent,etc)
