Couple of questions regarding keg carbonation.
I carbonated it with corn sugar, it's been sitting now for a few weeks, and the keg is fully pressurized.
I'm now ready to hook up the CO2-
Should I bleed out the pressure from it carbonating in the keg before hooking up the CO2
Should I chill the keg also before hooking up the CO2?

Guess i'm just a little confused about the different steps of dispensing this beer now that it's fully carbed in the keg, and comments/suggestions would be appreciated!

Definitely chill it.

It's a good idea to bleed it, too, since your keg pressure might be higher than your line pressure, and you do not want to boil beer up into your gas line.
