So this is for a single element e-brewery. The PID would be used in auto mode for mash and manual mode for boil. All the parts except the recepticles are from Auber.

A member on here, "P-J", has been wonderful in providing wiring info for others. I mashed up a few of his diagrams to make the attached. While I want to acknowledge him as the inspiration, I also want to be clear that the attached design has not been vetted by him.

So, does this look safe?

The line you are showing going to PID terminal 13 is coming from the PID SSR output terminal #8. It needs to be connected to the neutral power line.
 
A few things that jump out at me:
Your illuminated switch needs a neutral connected to light up
Your alarm needs a neutral to work
You may want to put another contactor after the SSR in case the SSR fails, you won’t have power going to your element.
