I watched this series before I did my first AG brew. It's pretty good, he covers all the elements. Of course, I also did hands-on as a brewmaster's assistant / gopher on a batch before I did mine, too.....
 
Yeah these videos were priceless when I was getting into all grain. I'm pretty sure he is a member here and I have seen him on the board.
 
Those vids are one of things that helped me make the jump to AG. Basements like that are the only reason I would move up North :D
 
Great vids, although after a watching a few the 30 second intro to each part got boring.

I also like the Don Osborn video.
