Wow, 11 oz of special B. Seems like a bit much.
That's also a lot of small hop additions. How did it turn out?
 
turned out awesome IMO. I was looking to clone-ish Green Flash's Hop Head Red. Theirs has way more raisney character, prolly more special B. This amount seemed to work.

The hop schedule is a little crazy. I had my buddy come help me brew and when I had to take over watching my 5 month old he took over hopping and went to town. IT WORKED!!!!!!

I really liked this brew and ended up brewing a second batch almost as soon as I tasted the 1st.
