My buddy is having a bachelor party in later June. I am in search of a great pale ale recipe. Any suggestions?

I'm still new to this so I don't want to sound like an idiot, but what exactly is dry hopping and how do you do it

I'd do some sort of west coast pale ale clone... everyone will drink those. Just get it started ASAP if you want it ready in a month.

I'd skip the dry hopping as it'll add an extra week to your brew. Typically, dry hops are added after primary fermentation is over for some additional aroma and flavor.

Another vote for Lake Walk. It is awesome. Brewed my third batch on Saturday.

+1,000 - this was a milestone beer for me. Took me from noob brewer who was sort of hesitant to show off/serve my beers to realizing i could brew beers better than anything i could buy. This was over two years ago but the recipe is just that good.
