Brewed a batch of pale ale couple of weeks ago. For the first time ever, I tossed in some yeast nutrient toward the end of the boil. Wort went from clear to cloudy. I'm used to clear wort into the fermenter, and did nothing else different.

Today I kegged that beer. As always I clarified the beer with gelatin for a few days and cold crashed it. The beer is still very cloudy. Again, this is not my typical result. The yeast nutrient is the only thing in my process that I changed. Still, this is not something I would expect, so I thought I'd see if folks in he HBT community have noticed anything similar. FWIW, I was using the Wyeast Nutrient.

i use the wyeast nutrient from time to time but never had an issue. with the relatively tiny amount used in a batch i can't see how it would cause a problem.
