Post pictures of your set-up. I've seen some cool rigs/sculptures/stands and just weird set-ups from brewers that i've met it the past. I'd like to see what you're using in NJ.

It's a clone of Lonnie Mac's Brutus 10. Currently located in Freehold, NJ.

Here's mine. It Runs on natural gas. The MLT has a bottom drain and the temperature is controlled with a Ranco ETC. The HLT and Boil is controlled manually.
 
I will give you a few pics of the clean parts of my brew room the rest of the room is still a disaster from the renovation/move.




I can add more pics once I get the rest of the cabinets and the room organized better.
