Looking for some advice. Few weeks back I brewed extract batch of English Pale Ale and and Irish Dry Stout in prep for St Pattys.
Long story short, kegged the Stout and started to carb and put the Pale Ale in the keezer to cold crash. Unfortunately, when loading unloading I accidently knocked the temp guage out of keezer so the keezer ran non stop for like 24 hours until I noticed somethign was wrong. Thus nearly Frozen Pale Ale still in bucket and nearly frozen Stout . Shut everything off, thawed, shook up Stout to mix and recarbed and Stout seems to be fine. Let Ale thaw and transferred to keg and looked pretty clean going into keg but now after carbing lots of gunk floating in the beer when poured. Any suggestions?
Thanks in advance.
