I'd like to make a wheat beer that's 5% alcohol max, is wet but not too sweet, and has a hint of smoke under the pine. Any suggestions? I was looking at two recipes earlier, and although regarded well, their mash in temps seemed too low at 153 and 152 to get a bit of a wet/loose feel
