Close friend brought me back some boudin from Louisiana... This stuff didn't last long last time we got some, so we had him pick up 20 pounds this time... Who woulda thunk vacuum packing that much sausage could be such a PITA?

Nice scale! Target acquisition? I even use the timer for hops additions when boiling.

Figured I'd wait to the end to tell you that you SUCK! No one in Colorado carries a decent boudin or braunschwiger. Enjoy the sausage and remember, YOU SUCK!
