I have a lager kit for Dortmunder but I am not prepared to use lager yeast yet in my home brew career. I need to find a strain of ale yeast to substitute for the lager yeast. can someone recommend a good ale strain for the following recipe?
6 oz. Caramel 30L
8 oz. Carapils
3.3 lb. Munich LME
3.3 lb Light LME
1 oz. Bittering
5 oz. Flavoring
.25 oz Aroma
OG: 1.050-1.054
FG: 1.011-1.015
