We racked our wine to secondary last night, and washed the bucket as thoroughly as possible. Still, it has a wine odor. If I use the bucket to make a batch of beer, will that affect the beer in any way?

Or is it just better to leave it as a dedicated wine bucket?

JMO, I'd have a dedicated wine bucket. My beer buckets have such a good, hoppy smell I'm afraid to use them for wine. I don't think it would be a problem using a wine bucket for beer, but after using it for beer, you might not want to use it again for wine!
