I've had a Bourbon Barrel Ale in the secondary for 5 months now. It's a Midwest kit with S-04 yeast and it doesn't mention pitching fresh yeast before bottling, but I'm wondering if I should. There is VERY little sediment and I wonder if there is enough yeast in it to carbonate. Any thoughts?

It won't hurt to add about 1/5 packet, but if when racking you pick up a little of the sediment off the bottom, that should work for you.
