I have a crap load of cascades, so those will be the only hops present in this recipe. I think it's also a bit higher gravity, but what the heck, I like big beers and I think that the Nottingham will dry it out enough to where it's not too sweet. If there is anything you'd change, let me know.

It looks like it is not a Celebration Clone. Celebration uses Chinook as bittering hops and then Cacade and Centennial as finishing/dry hops. There is a lot of Chinook character in there. Also you need to use a high lovibond crystal 60L would work. Shoot for a lower OG:
Try this
Pale Malt: 13.25#
British Crystal (55L): 1# or American 60L

Chinook 1.25 oz. 60 min
Chinook 0.75 oz 30 min
Cascade 1.0 oz 0 min
Centennial 1.0 0 min
Centenial 1.00 oz Dry
Cascade 1.00 oz Dry

OG= 1.069
FG= 1.017
IBU= 68

Mash 152F for 60 min.
Ferment with Wyeast 1056

This is not my recipe- it is a very popular clone that is modified a little in the finishing hops department.

I agree with jlpred. To get anything like SNCA, you've gotta have some chinook. Chinook is what makes that beer. Damn, I wish I had bought some more. Guess I'll have to make a clone too.

Yeah, I kinda thought of that after I made this recipe. Lets rephrase the title, How does this AIPA look?
