I want to make a beer heavy in wheat. It would be an extract, and I plan on adding some cherries or maybe something else during fermentation. Of course I'd need wheat extract, but what hops do you recommend for flavoring and bittering?

Do you mean adding cherries at boil end of fermentation or botteling? Might want to look ito that to get what you want out of flavoring.

I made one kit and then immediately starting making my own recipe. What I did was find clones of various same-style beers I liked so I had an idea of what was common for the style and then used BeerAlchemy to plug in my ideas to make sure everything fell into place.
