MY first AG went off without a hitch or hiccup. Shout out to Bobby M, used his tutorial and his suggested double sparge method. I made Ed Worts Kolsch. Brewers friend calculator shows 85.2% efficiency. Start to cleaned up took 5 hours with a 90 minute boil. All grain sure makes a longer day! I would like to thank all for their advice and wisdom. It is amazing how much information is on this site.
Thank you,
Jim

Congratulations! :mug:

It seems like longer now but eventually you'll get comfortable. Then brew days will take 3.5 - 4 hours but you won't care because it's so much fun.

Reno,
Thanks for the kind words. It was fun! Chemistry was never this much fun before, plus you get to drink, what a country!
