Picked up a used aervoid 10 gallon vacuum dispenser today and was wondering if any of you have used them for fermenting. I also have to find a cap for this one. They are 200$ on the manufactures web site!
Any aervoid users out there?

Thought I would post a picture of an aervoid dispenser for you guys, mine is the one on the far right. the faucet and protective ring have been removed. The 1/2" fitting will have a ball valve attached to it.
