Please critique my first recipe! Hopefully these hops work well together, if not let me know. I am a big fan of cascade, and centennial. I also have .60 ounces of Warrior hops that I am thinking about dry hopping with, but I'm not sure it goes well with the recipe. Trying multi-stage dry hopping as well for the first time. Open to any suggestions! Thanks

Well I do have to ask how you know your Measured OG / Final Gravity if you haven't brewed it yet?

Recipe looks good.

Edited to add I'd use US-05 or another clean American ale yeast in place of the London ESB.

I'm not sure why Beersmith does this, it confused me at first too.

Ya, I'm still on the fence with this yeast. I used the wyeast 1968 for a Stone IPA clone. Haven't been able to the beer yet, but boy did it clear the beer out very nicely. I've heard very good things about 1968. The guys at Northern Brewer said it was their favorite yeast and you can use it in ANYTHING. I'm trying to find a house yeast. I may stick with it, but still not sure.
