Thanks to HBT for the knowledge (and other stuff) amassed here. Just getting started brewing. First batch Jan 28, 2012. Extracts so far with first all-grain next:

5 gal Ruination IPA clone
5 gal Blond
5 gal Paulaner-style Hefeweizen
