This report is a little odd, and doesn't have some of the items listed that I think I need...

pH -7.4
Chloride -53.6ppm
Copper -0.28ppm
Lead - 2ppb
Manganese - 25ppb
Nickel -0.9ppb
Radium 228 - ND
Sodium - 30ppm
Sulfate -25ppm
Zinc -98ppb
Chlorine -0.70ppm
Haloacetic Acids -28.9ppb
TTHM[Total Trihalomethanes] -57.7ppb

Can anyone give me some feedback on these?

There is some useful info. Chloride, sulfate, sodium, and chlorine levels are good to know. Given the ions provided and the pH you can make some poor guesses at the carbonate and other ion concentrations. You really need information on hardness and alkalinity. First thing is remove the chlorine. I don't remember the concentration at which it is detectable, but it's best to just remove it.
