Let us know how it goes. I just brewed up a batch of "Deception Cream Stout" (got the recipe here) and it is AMAZING. It is an excellent milk stout recipe! You can find it in the recipes section, if you are interested.

You don't need to boil your top off water.

You do not "have" to boil top off water for safety, but I do it anyway. It may only be in my mind, but I feel that it reduces chlorine/chloramine, etc. I feel like it makes better beer with less off flavors.
