Well, I'd drink it. What are you planning on dry hopping with? More Cascade? That would be a good bet. Though a bit more Summit wouldn't go amiss. I recently did an Abbey / IPA hybrid with Summit and the beginning of the boil and also as a dry hop. All good so far.

Have you considered US05 for a dryer finish than Nottingham?

Thanks a lot for your replies.
New to all this, with limited success thus far.

Mash temp around 150
Cascade dry hop
Tell me more about the summit hops.
I used the nugget after reading Mr. Malty's late hop additions.
Hop Aroma and low cohumulone Varities of Hops.
If the hop additions in different quantity or changing the variety between the three mentioned would bring better results that could be arranged.
I have a pound of each on hand.

Please make any suggestions, as all would be considered.

I would move your 30 minute addition. 30 minutes is long enough so it won't contribute much flavor/aroma (if any), but short enough so you won't utilize most of the bitterness from the hops.

Otherwise, looks pretty good. You should be pleased with the 2oz of Cascade for dry hopping.

Looks good to me. Maybe a good call with the US05... I just had a porter finish sweeter than I would have liked with Notty. Only got about 70% attenuation... though that was out of character from my previous experiences with it.

great
gonna use US05 trying for dryer FG
the 30 min hop change ? sorry not getting the content of your suggestion.
Move that to 60 min as well of perhaps 45 min?

Anyone have comments about the Summit or Nugget Hops for this style/

Thank you in advance / brewing tonight

What he is saying is that the 30 minute addition does not benefit the beer much as you are not getting much bittering from it nor flavor. It is considered somewhat of a no man's land for hop additions. I would bump it to 15 and bump your 3 min to flameout. I don't have much experience with nugget but I think it's generally used more for bittering than aroma & flavoring due to its "heavy, spicy-herbal" qualities.
