Hi all-Been brewing a long while (20 years+), but took about six years off, and recently decided to get back into home brewing. Here is my question, I did a partial mash brew and decided to use dry yeast for the first brew after the lay off. I was not paying close enough attention and pitched in Cooper's dry ale yeast when the temp of the wort was in the mid 80's. Not seeing a lot of flocculation. Think I killed the yeast?
