Dare, dare. I am thinking about brewing an amber bock for my 3rd ever brew, is this too complex for a newb or should I stick to simpler brews starting out? BRM

Bock's a lager, so keep that in mind. I'm thinking of brewing a bock with the California Common yeast, which ferments higher (~62). Temp control is still an important issue, though.
