This is my first Kegging experience. I was planning on Kegging my lager around 12 psi in my fridge for a week than test it at that point? Any pointers? I'm too afraid to shake it up like some do, it's my first Kegging so I am looking for fool proof simplicity. Thanks

You can slow carb it for 5-7days at 12psi if you prefer,
But i do 1 day at 30PSI then drop it down to 20PSI for another day,
then the beer is perfectly carbed.

What temp should I do this at?

You want the keg cooled down to serving temp. I have my fridge set to 38. The beer needs to be chilled to absorb CO2.
