question on kit mash schedule

doing my 2nd all grain, first went pretty well, i kept it at 153 degrees and then mashed out around 170 i believe. so my 2nd kit is from northerbrewer and the mash schedule says 153 degrees for 60 min, and 170 for 10 minutes.

do i do both of those THEN mash out, or is the 170 for 10 minute considered the mash out? just a little lost

for refernece its their phat tyre clone, if it matters.

I believe that the 170 at 10 is your mashout. You can calculate how hot of water you need through beersmith and add it at 60 min.
