Just tried my properly aged AG recipe for my favorite porter from "Beer Captured"... wow WOW!

Compared it to a purchased bottle, and it was extremely close... obviously mine was much fresher tasting.

Everyone that tried it loved it... Of course, now my supply is waning and I will have to brew it again!

I love this sport... er, uh, hobby... well, uh obsession!

Thanks, Edwort.

This is the third beer I brewed from the "Beer Captured" book, and I highly recommend it.

Next time, I'll save some serious $ and try the AHS kit. The exact ingredients cost quite a bit!

Has anyone tried the AHS London Porter Clone kit?

So would you think British Crystal would be 49L-60L? That would be my guess.
