Bitter without being harsh, clean malty, dry finish. Full of hop flavor and aroma
No fancy name, just great beer. Drank the warm, flat hydrometer sample and could have drank a pint right there.

I just found out this recipe got 1st place in the IPA catagory at the 2009 LA County Fair!

Bumpity bump. I brewed this and got much better efficiency than the recipe projected....around 7.8% ABV. 2 months aging in a keg ... so good.

I just had to add...this stuff is delicious. I'm going to be making this one again without any alterations.
