Planning my first 10 gallon batch on my new brewtree and wanted to see if there was really any tips out there... this is my 13 batch overall and my 10th AG... I've only brewed one batch on the tree so i'm just alittle nervous for the 10 gallon batch i guess. Brewing up Jamil's American Amber just switched out my bittering hops to Chinook instead of the recipes... Any thoughts?

You'll be fine with the step up. It just takes a bit longer to get a boil, but temps hold longer. It's just another batch :)

Good luck!

I second No's opinion; you have 10 batches of ag under your belt already. Nothing to worry about.
