Tasting Notes
Very Crips and refreshing, nice citrus notes with clean finish.
OK so SWMBO had been bugging me for a Lemon Wheat bear and this is what I came up with and it turned out great. People are loving this. Comments I get is "I could drink this ALL day!"

2lb Pilsner
1lb US 2row
1lb White Wheat
1lb flaked Oats
.5lb flaked Wheat
.5oz Cascade 60min
2oz Dry lemon peal 15min
.5oz crushed coriander 10min
.5 Cascade 5min
1pkg SafBrew T-58
3bl Wheat DME at flame out let steep for 10min before chill

Added fresh squeezed juice from 2 med lemons at kegging.

Mashed at 153 for 60mins
Batch sparged at 170 for 10mins

This is a very quafable brew! ABV just over 5% range so you can enjoy a few at a time!

Enjoy, WE ARE!

Hmm I will have to search when I get to my home PC this evening, but it was a nice light straw color. I think the only pic I would have is a sample for grav reading right out of the fermenter would give you a good idea though.
