I was accidently sent 6 lbs of wheat LME which I was told to keep. I already have a belgian white and raspberry wheat that's drinkable right now. I also have a watermellon wheat for summer.

Im looking for extract recipes for a good wheat beer that does not involve fruit. Maybe something hoppy?

Since I already have the LME, my order should be pretty cheap so im pumped to get rolling on it.

Thanks guys and gals!

I just brewed a "hoppy wheat". 1/2 wheat and 1/2 amber + hops at 60,15 & 5. Would love to see your raspberry wheat btw.

Substitute your favorite hop/s for the Amarillo. I have done the following variations and all turned out great.

You could add some crystal to get a little darker color and sweeter flavor. I used it as a hop delivery vehicle. Maybe a little crystal 10L and CaraWheat.

Edit: Actually looking back I used 2oz CaraWheat and 4oz Crystal 10L with the one hop ones.

8oz corn sugar
2oz Cascade 15m
