Bird, I asked you about this beer about a year ago and you said the recipe wasn't finished yet. I haven't been to this site for awhile but noticed the recipe in your profile. I brewed it a couple of weeks ago. I hit all the numbers perfect! I keep my brews in our small computer room this time of year to help maintain temps while fermenting. During the peak of fermentation I walked in the room only to find my wife on the computer. Her eyes were watering and she looked disorented. All the frikin hops in that beer made that room into a gas chamber! She never complained once. I DID open the window to air the room out though, even though it lowered the temp in the room 5* F.
The beer tasted and smelled great when I tranfered to the secondary. It's going to be a great IPA!
