Big brew day :mug:

have three brews set for today a pale a black IPA and a Russian Imperial Stout :tank:

anyone else brewing today?? i will post updates with some pictures maybe later today

I'm currently mashing an APA. Competition judging, GABF and a wedding have kept me from brewing in almost a month.

and first beer done, pale ale should finish out at 4.8 % abv and im hoping around 75 ibu or so

and this morning i wake and find vigirous frementation in the pale (on the left) and RiS (on the right) and slow fermentation on the black ipa(in the middle)

ahh the black IpA has taken off like the others :rockin:

my family room sounds like an old school still, with three carboys just blurbing along sounds like a colletcion of thump barrels :mug:

bottled the pale today :mug:

hope it has some fizz on turkey day

the black ipa and the RiS are slated for bottle on the 25th give it 30 days to condition for xmas :rockin:
