No, a few drops of Vodka will not harm anything. You won't even be able to know it's there. The slight alcohol contribution is so small that it won't affect the yeast either. Everything in hunky-doory.
Your beer is ruined, please contact me via private messaging so we can discuss your options for proper disposal. Nonetheless, since you are new to this game, I'm willing to take it off your hands if you can ship it priority air to me (on your dime).
