I found a recipe for a 5 gallon cream ale online and used beer tools to convert it down to 3 gallons, but to keep it to the style show in beer tools I had to drop the 2 row down to 2 lbs for 3 gallons from 10 lbs for 5 gallons.

Here is the print out from beer tools.
I have the london yeast because I am about to secondary an IPA i have in primary and pitch onto the london yeast cake.
Any suggestions?

Out of curiosity, did you scale all of the grains down 40% (from 5 gal -> 3 gal) ? Or did you just scale down the 2-row?

The reason I ask is it seems like 1 lb of Carapils and 1 lb of wheat are kind of high for that grain bill. That is 20% each which seems quite high for a cream ale.

I did not. I just added in quantities of each and tried to keep it within the style the program recommended.

Made a few revisions.
Whatcha think now?
