Will I have enough yeast left in suspension to carb my beer after using gelatin to clear things up? Yeast is US-05 in a cream ale. Should I ad a little bit back with my sugar before bottling?
Thanks!

I use gelatin in most brews, and I dont notice much, if any difference in carb time; No need to add any more sugar than you normally would. I let my brews sit for 4 days after adding the gelatin. Still a good idea to rack carefully to the bottling bucket.

Never used it, but I figured I'd give it a try. What's nice, is I've got it in my fridge, which is almost at the same height as my counter, and 3ft away. So, it'll be a quick and easy trip.
