Any thoughts on this. The left picture was taken one week prior to the right. The beer is served on tap. It was very enjoyable with some bite at the end. Then it went clear and lost all of its character. Partial boil. Cascade hops. Alexander lite extract.
 
Low psi. It was originally a bit over carved. The clear beer was the last 5-10 beers.
 
About 8 psi. 40 degrees is my guess. Not 100% sure on temp
 
How long at 40˚? I refrigerate my bottled beer for a week prior to serving and they pour crystal clear like the photo on the right.

Put something at least pretending to be relevant to your question please.

(Unless you made your hydrometer disapear, which I don't wanna know about ;))
