I can't seem to find this answer, so I apologize for asking.. but once a keg is carbed can it be removed from the gas?
Can you take a keg off of gas, once it's carbed?

Of course you can. It will keep pouring for a while until the pressure is too low to push the beer out anymore.

Yes. As long as you're not serving from it, or you don't have a leak, it'll stay carbed up indefinitely.

I'm just getting my kegging setup this week. I have 3 beers ready to be kegged, but will only be running 2 of them. I was wondering if it's possible to carb up all 3, but only hook up 2. Will the 3rd stay carbed until I'm ready to tap it?
