This my 4th homebrew and all is going well. I am attempting a shot at a simple Widmer Hefe. Based on some thread research here is what I have.

6.5 # Wheat LME
1# Munich
.5# Chystal 40L

.5oz Magnum (bittering)
.5oz Cascade
.5oz Willamette
1 tbsp flour

Any suggestions much appreciated. Thanks everyone!
 
The flour was suggested from one source to help with the cloudy appearance of hefe, but I'll leave it out based on feedback.



5oz Magnum (bittering) - 60 min
.5oz Cascade - 35 min
.5oz Willamette -40 min
