Cold to warm kegs

I am switching out a keg with another batch.. and I want to know if the one that was in the keggerator will be ok once it warms up to room temp.. when down the road i want to hook it back up... and problems/ suggestions?
 
as long as you mean 70F, yeah, it'll be ok for a while. if you could do it 10 degrees cooler, like in a basement, that'd be even better.

kicking it up to 90F...that wouldn't be the best thing. avoid extremes.
