How long will my wort typically ferment? And after two days of same gravity readings can I move to secondary

Yes, although there are advantages to leaving it on the cake for a period of time such a reabsorbtion of fermentation byproducts.Thank u WB,
So in theory after fermentation complete I can go to bottles
