I'm an extract brewer and I have several brews under my belt already, but I don't brew more than 4 to 6 times a year. This year, however, I made a resolution to brew a different style of beer every month (trying to brew to specific holidays/seasons). I need suggestions! Will you help? :)

Caveats: must be extract, no lagers, can't brew the same style more than once, beer should be done in time for holiday/season!

Here's my current list:
January - Irish Car Bomb Stout in time for St. Patrick's Day
February - Honey Blackberry Wheat for spring time
March - Light Honey Ale for start of summer
April - ?
May - ?
June -?
July - ?
August - ?
September - ?
October - ?
November - ?
December - ?

Cheers! :mug:

I think june is always good for a bavarian hefe. quick, easy, refreashing

I say swap out the Irish car bomb stout with an Irish red ale and brew a cinnamon oatmeal stout to be ready for Christmas.

Imperial Stout brewed early in the yeah to age for winter. A sasion brewed in march for summer.

@CBMbrewer: Bavarian Hefe sounds pretty awesome, good suggestion!

@mrrshotshot: The Irish Car Bomb Stout has already been promised for a large St. Patrick's Day party. Cinnamon Oatmeal stout sounds awesome though!
